License Suspended? Get your driver’s license back and save on fees for overdue traffic tickets and outstanding court fines.

During Operation Green Light, Gulf County customers with suspended driver licenses will have an opportunity to pay overdue court obligations, including traffic tickets, while saving up to 40 percent in additional fees to get their license back. Contact our office to learn more now!

What types of payment are accepted?

Payments will be accepted by cash, check, money order and credit card. A 3.5 percent service fee will be applied to all credit card payments. Payment plans will be available.

What if I can’t pay off all of my overdue traffic tickets or outstanding court fines and fees at once?

If you have a ticket and need more time to pay, apply for a payment plan at Operation Green Light. You can also apply for a payment plan for criminal and misdemeanor case with outstanding court fines, costs and fees.

What if my ticket or case is in another County?

  • Tickets and criminal court fines and fees must be paid in the county where they were issued or imposed by the court.
  • Only those with tickets or court fines in Gulf County will be eligible for the savings during the Clerk & Comptroller, Gulf County’s Operation Green Light.
  • Other Clerk’s offices in Franklin County, Bay County and all across Florida will be holding Operation Green Light events in April. For information on paying court obligations and traffic tickets, please contact the local Clerk’s office in the jurisdiction where the ticket or court fine was issued.

Who can pay at Operation Green Light?

We will accept payments for all Gulf County traffic tickets and court fines. Only those with overdue cases that have been turned over to a collection agency will save on collection surcharges during Operation Green Light.

Who’s eligible to restore their driving privileges?

Those who pay their debts or go on a monthly payment plan will be able to reinstate their suspended driver’s license in most cases.
