The Florida Courts E-Filing Portal serves as a single, statewide access point connecting thousands of users to Florida’s court system. The portal allows users to file court documents anytime and anywhere.
To use the E-Filing Portal, you will need to register for an account. Once your registration is accepted, you will be able to log in and access your portal.
e-Recording
eRecording enables customers to file and record documents with the Gulf County Clerk of Court’s Official Records Department via the internet.
eRecording is perfect for customers looking for a convenient online option. With eRecording, customers simply scan the original document, convert it to an electronic image, add indexing information, and electronically submit it to the Clerk’s office within minutes.
