To use the E-Filing Portal, you will need to register for an account. Once your registration is accepted, you will be able to log in and access your portal.
e-Recording
eRecording enables customers to file and record documents with the Gulf County Clerk of Court’s Official Records Department via the internet.
Customers no longer need to submit records by express mail, courier, or in person. With eRecording, customers simply scan the original document, convert it to an electronic image, add indexing information, and electronically submit it to the Clerk’s office within minutes.
The Clerk’s office cannot recommend or endorse vendors. The following eRecording services are directed toward customers who record a high volume of documents.
